 FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

Fake - not genuine; imitation or counterfeit

synonyms:forgery, counterfeit, copy, sham, fraud, hoax,imitation, mock-up, dummy, reproduction,lookalike, likeness

Obviously the word "fake" centres around the negative.

It focuses on producing either an image or  an item that is similar to something, but isn't.

"Fake it till you make it"

Literally is talking about a personality 

Since the pronoun  "you" has been involved 

If I were to break this down as much as I can..

I would say..

 create a counterfeit or unreal image of your self that is similar to an original to be able to attract certain benefits and opportunities that probably shoulndt be given to you 

Does faking it requires learning the needed skill for that position?

No it doesn't once you get qualified then you're working towards being the original.

Faking it is living in denial and deceit 

You have absolutely no quality of what you claim to be.

    

Faking it has probably worked for a few people no doubt, 

But the consequences of being caught could be very devastating and miserable.

And could lead to depression and frustration due to humiliation from the victims.

My Final thoughts on this matter is simple 

Instead of faking it..

While not spend a few time Learning to become an original.

Most times we fake things out of desperation and impatience.

And even if you've faked it up to a particular level pls endeavour to make sure you get the required skill to keep you there.

PS : It's better to believe in your capacity to be able to become the person you need to be to be where you want to be

Instead of living in self deciet.

Have faith in who you are and what you can become..

And start diligently working towards developing yourself 

Change your mentality
